Anvea Pakistan – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Anvea Pakistan, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances along with a seamless shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of your needs.

1. Eligibility & Time Frame

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All seals, packaging, and protective elements must remain intact and undamaged

  • To initiate a request, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 339 3331515 or email support@avneapk.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your concern

2. Product-Specific Return & Exchange Guidelines

🔹 50ml - 100ml Full-Size Perfumes

  • Eligible for return or exchange, subject to inspection

  • If unused and undamaged, we offer a full refund or replacement

  • In case of signs of use or damage, a partial deduction may apply

🔹 10ml Testers 

  • These are final sale items and not eligible for return or exchange

  • Intended for trial purposes before purchasing a full-size bottle

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with photos or videos

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or resolve the issue at no extra cost to you

4. Return Shipping & Processing

  • For standard returns, shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or any mutually agreed alternative

5. Additional Notes

  • We do not offer open parcel before payment due to courier restrictions, to maintain product integrity

  • Promotional bundles are non-returnable

  • Our team reserves the right to make the final decision on return/refund eligibility after inspection

  • Returns due to change of mind are not acceptable
